Yes, but that doesn’t mean it's 100% allergy-proof. The product is made from a stainless steel alloy which contains traces of nickel. So while it’s highly uncommon for people to experience allergies or skin problems from this product, please bear this in mind before making a purchase (your safety matters most!).

However, hypoallergenic does not mean allergy-proof so please be extra careful when buying if you have previously had reactions to jewelry.

Each pendant is custom made, sothe size and dimensions will differ slightly depending on the picture of your cat. On average though, each pendant is around 25mm in diameter (in your palm, it’s roughly the size of a nickel).

Yes! It comes with a chain so you have the option of wearing it like a necklace, or you can remove the necklace attachment and wear it as a keychain or bag charm.

Avoid wearing it in the shower, while swimming or while exercising, and wipe it down with a soft cloth after each wear (this helps to remove oil and dirt that accumulate over time).

Pro Marlene’s tip: apply some clear nail polish to your charm — this forms a sealant which protects the metal from the elements and keeps your charm looking even shinier for even longer!

Yes, you can share a picture of your kitty either taken on a phone or professional camera. Just make sure it’s clear enough!

For best results use a well-lit image, where your cat’s full face is visible from the front. Avoid uploading photos that are blurry, filtered or have a lot of shadow. Photos with clean and uncluttered backgrounds tend to work best. If you're unsure whether your photo will work, email help@marlenespetshop.com and we’ll be happy to check it for you.

Our Personalized Kitty Charms are made and shipped within 5-7 days to any of the 50 states. For international orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) please allow an additional 4 days for your product to arrive.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

If you aren't satisfied with the product, shoot an email to help@marlenespetshop.com within 30 days of purchasing. Please be as detailed as possible and if relevant include images of receipts/photos of the product etc.

After that’s been processed, our team will issue your refund as soon as the product arrives back at our warehouse.
