Your box ships with 5-8 days shipping time and is guaranteed to arrive by the 1st of every month. You'll never have to worry about your cat running out of entertainment!

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel anytime with no questions asked. We believe in keeping things simple – no hassle, no fees, no lengthy cancellation process.

Who is Marlene and how does she pick the toys?

Marlene is a certified crazy cat lady who personally tests every single product with her own pack of picky cats. Only toys that pass her cats' "chaos and joy" approval test make it into your box. No item gets shipped without earning their seal of approval first.

What if my cat doesn't like something in the box?

Reach out to marlene@marlenespetshop.com and expect a reply within 12-24 hours. We provide full support for every toy and will make sure your cat (and you) are completely satisfied.

Can I see what's coming in next month's box?

We love giving sneak peeks! August's box is already in testing phase with interactive puzzle feeders and toys so engaging your cat might forget they ever wanted to go outside. Follow us for monthly previews of what's coming. Subscribe to our email list to see previews!

What if I have multiple cats – will there be enough toys?

Most boxes contain 5+ items, and many toys (like the Kitty Kurlz) are designed for multiple cats to enjoy together. Plus, with magnetic connectors on some toys, you can create an even bigger play experience for multi-cat households.

Do you accept refunds?

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return new and unopened products within 30 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.  You may also return open products as long as it's good condition within 14 days.
